By tendering freight, requesting services, or conducting business with SERV Transport LLC, Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

All invoices must be disputed in writing within thirty (30) days of invoice date.
Failure to submit a written dispute within thirty (30) days constitutes full acceptance of the charges as invoiced, and the invoice shall be deemed accurate, final, and binding.

No retroactive disputes will be accepted after this thirty (30) day period.

Continued use of SERV Transport LLC’s services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.
